HR Coordinator

Anderson Engineering has an immediate opening for an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator is expected to be a problem solver with great organizational and time management skills. They must be reliable and dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the HR Coordinator needs to have great decision-making skills, be strong in resolving conflict, and have a great understanding of employee relationships.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external HR operations
  • Employee relations and culture
  • Ensure excellent communication with employees with a timely response from HR to their queries
  • Work with outside counsel to manage affirmative action process and record-keeping
  • Work with third party benefits broker to help manage employee benefits packages and processes
  • Oversee the recruitment process
  • Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Oversee payroll
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Applicant must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated and customer service oriented. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills is a necessity.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Associates degree in HR or related field or equivalent; 5+ years of HR experience o Full understanding of HR functions and best practices; Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and Google Suite; General administrative abilities; Ability to perform light lifting up to 25 pounds
