Anderson Engineering has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist. The position supports all departments within the office through a variety of administrative duties listed below. The Receptionist is the face of the company, and first point of contact for clients both through the phone and in person. The Receptionist's schedule will be Tuesday, Thursdays, and one additional day.

Responsibilities May Include

Answering phones
Interacting with clients, vendors, and employees both by phone and email
Data entry
Assisting with billing
Preparing mailings
Printing project documents and organizing them
Client project submissions
Assist and Coordinate with various departments
Assisting with events inside and outside of the office
Applicant must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated and customer service oriented. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills is a necessity.


High School Diploma Possess strong PC skills, advanced working in all Microsoft Office programs Office experience or management experience preferred Ability to perform light lifting up to 25 pounds
